PWRD by Purpose was founded by Akala Francis, a strategist, program and experience designer, facilitator, and community builder with more than a decade of experience creating spaces where people can learn, connect, grow, and move ideas into practice.
Her work sits where learning, culture, strategy, and participation meet—turning important questions into experiences people can feel themselves inside of.
